Hello! We’re Nicola and Sudhir, a couple passionate about property investment since 2012.

 

 

Our journey through divorce and blending a family of five inspired us to turn financial hurdles into opportunities. We have a portfolio of single let, HMO and mixed use properties.

 

We love houses with character and we love being creative, transforming tired and unloved properties into beautiful homes again.

Single Let Properties

We also create single let properties made up of both commercial and residential use classes

Work with Us

We work with both bank and private investors to fund our projects. We utilise private investor funds on a loan basis, providing a return on their cash. This is ideal for those who want a hands-off investment whilst still achieving the returns that property has to offer.

 

For those who are looking to build your own portfolio, but don’t know where to start, we also work with investors on an ‘Earn and Learn’ basis where you can shadow us on our projects, whilst still earning a return on your cash.
